Excellent Stay with Spacious Suites

I found the suite very spacious and well-designed. A detached study or workspace was a plus (I could comfortably work from there). The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the bathroom featured a bright design. The location is very convenient, near the BTS station for easy access to the city.
The hotel only provides four very small plastic water bottles in the room and charges for additional water. This policy feels odd for a hotel of this caliber. I would prefer refillable glass bottles.

The rooms feature comfortable beds with quality linens. There are separate his and her basins. generous closet space. The air conditioning is easy to adjust and very effective, maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature.

The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Mr Suki helped us a lot during the check-in, giving us a cheaper option, very much appreciated. They arrange transportation seamlessly and followed up without asking.

the room was spacious and clean. the beddings were soft, fluffy, and allowed for a restful night's sleep. the room and the bathroom offered plenty of space. i thought the entire experience felt luxurious.
the corridors looked tatty. they were being refurbished while i was there. check-out was slow and inefficient. my room had to be checked before i could leave. i felt that i might have taken things from the room.

worn infrastructure and strange water policy

usb portsstrange policy
the hotel seemed old fashioned i noticed the power sockets lacked usb ports it was inconvenient i had to use socket heads i also found their water policy strange they provided only four small plastic water bottles requesting more resulted in extra charges this felt odd for a hotel of this supposed standard i felt constantly short on water especially in the heat
